How it works

Three steps: pick the room, email the date and numbers, confirm the menu and dietaries a few days out.

Dietaries: All dietary requirements can be catered for on every set menu. Tell us when you confirm numbers, not on the night.
BYO: Roy's and Papa Rolly's welcome BYO wine. The other rooms are licensed only.
Drinks packages: Broadbeach runs a two-hour drinks package; elsewhere, ask the venue when you enquire.
Office hours: Reservations teams answer email and phone 10am–4pm on weekdays. The restaurants themselves open from 5pm.
